We are a development‑focused foundation working at the intersection of enterprise, innovation, capacity building and social impact — equipping youth and women to convert ideas and locally available resources into competitive, sustainable and scalable enterprises.
We do not believe Africa's challenge is a shortage of talent or ambition. It is a shortage of pathways connecting people and enterprises to skills, capital, technology, value addition and markets. Closing that gap is the whole of our work.
